Kelly Krapu has joined the newest entity of TrueNorth Steel, TrueNorth Compliance Services. Kelly has been working in the Transportation Industry for approximately 13 years.  She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience.  She holds a Director of Safety designation that was obtained in 2019.  Kelly is very involved with many transportation organizations in the community and is well respected in the transportation industry.

Kelly specializes in assisting motor carriers with DOT/FMCSA compliance, including DOT audits, safety rating upgrade requests, Data Q’s, DOT fine reductions, safety trainings and meetings as well as many other areas of DOT/FMCSA safety and compliance.

Her outside interests include spending time with friends and family, paddle boarding, ice fishing, reading, golfing, watching sports, and being active.

Paula Hirchert brings with her many years of experience and knowledge in DOT Trucking safety and compliance.  Over the years, she has developed a fantastic rapport with motor carriers and professional drivers alike.  She is knowledgeable in many areas of DOT/FMCSA including, driver qualification, hours of service, drug and alcohol compliance, and many other areas of the transportation industry.  She is also familiar with 2290, prorate, IFTA, UCR, and MCS 150’s.

Her outside interests include spending time with her family (especially her adorable granddaughters), as well as traveling, cooking, and watching NDSU Bison Football.

Tracie Kivi joins the TrueNorth Compliance team with much experience in the transportation industry.  She has worked in several areas of transportation, including dealership, food service products, warehousing, and manufacturing.  She brings with her a wealth of regulatory experience including registration and licensing, fuel taxes, 2290, UCR, electronic logbook compliance, along with many other facets of the FMCSA/DOT.  She is excited to share her experience and knowledge with drivers and carriers alike. 

 Her outside interests include time spent at the lake with friends and family being outdoors in both the winter and summer.  She enjoys reading, a plethora of crafting activities, and spoiling her two grandsons.

Jodi has worked in several areas of transportation, including law enforcement, driving a CMV, and dispatching. She has great knowledge in drug and alcohol regulations and permitting.   She has been with TrueNorth Compliance Services since October of 2022 and has added much of her knowledge in the industry to our team.

Her outside interests include hiking, her dog Kona, attending concerts and reading.
